Travel Medellín Guide also arranges airport transfers and vehicles with a driver. Plan these services around your actual schedule, pickup location and group, and confirm the details directly before travelling.
Confirm the airport and flight
Medellín is served by José María Córdova in Rionegro and Olaya Herrera in the city. Share the airport name, flight details, number of passengers and luggage so the team can discuss the pickup and a suitable vehicle.
Allow time for the journey
Road conditions and traffic affect transfer times. Tell the team when you need to arrive, rather than choosing a pickup time without discussing the journey. If you are combining a tour with a flight, make that clear when planning.
Agree on what the service covers
For private transport, specify the route, time required, stops and language preference. The team will confirm availability, the personalised price and service conditions. Sending a message or filling in the enquiry form does not automatically reserve a vehicle.
